The foundation: clean, convert, dry
Profiles and panels are cleaned, deoxidized, conversion-coated, and oven-dried to protect interfaces and improve edge coverage.

For wood grain, we apply patterned sleeves and run time and temperature controlled sublimation to infuse the design into the base.
